Pet Insurance at its best
It was an incredible relief to be able to treat our sick puppy without having to think about whether we could afford the recommended course of treatment. We have had pet insurance before, but Trupanion was quicker and more efficient than other companies we have used. Puppy is fully recovered and we are very happy we chose Trupanion.

Worst Service I Have Recieved
This is the worst experience I have had with a pet insurance company. I have had to deal with extremely rude customer service representatives and it took these people a month to resolve this. I called and spoke to ONE nice representative and she submitted my info to her supervisor.Their service was extremely poor and disappointing.

Excellent Experience, Love Embrace!!
I have a brand new puppy, Cody. My vet suggested pet insurance, after doing some.research I found Embrace. They cover well visits, neutering and even a microchip. I went for Codys second wellness visit, totalling $186 on Monday July 7th, today July 14th My reimbursement is in my account via direct deposit!!! I sent one time, what was instructed on the forms and I already have my reimbursement back! Also upon signing up I had a few questions and the rep on the phone was exceptionally sweet! A+ from Cody and me!!

Disappointed with Embrace
I was told my NonPrescription enzymes would not be covered because the ingredients are regulated by the FDA - in fact the ingredients themselves are NOT regulated by the FDA - there are many digestive supplements not regulated by the FDA and EnzymeDiane is one that is NOT regulated. Amalyse and lipase themselves are not regulated as the adjuster said only prescription enzymes are regulated by FDA - because of Embrace's error on this I was forced to cancel my policy - will not recommend embrace pet insurance

Trupanion handled the claim with our veterinarian, updated me all along, and truly put our puppy and her health care needs first. It was a smooth process, so reassuring, and we could really just focus on getting our puppy better. I would honestly recommend Trupanion to everyone with a new puppy. Best decision we ever made. The turnaround with the reimbursement was so timely, too...within days! We love Trupanion! Customers for life! Thank you for everything!
