First pet insurance claim I've ever filed and it seems to be handled smoothly and efficiently, even with the little hiccup on my part, the error was quickly found and simply explained and taken care of in seemingly one fell swoop. Great insurance company
Embrace is great. Filing is very easy with a pre-filled form the vet submits. They send me emails with updates on the status of my claims and send me the check promptly. It is very comforting to know exactly what my dog's medical expenses will be for the year.

Not to sure yet.....
I put in a claim 16 days ago and it has said processing for the last 14 days...not to sure what the hold up is....first claim and it was just for a regular check up by the vet. There customer service hours are not very accommodating for the people who work during the day. So we will see how much longer we have to wait for such a simple claim.
