Once again, Embrace came through for us.
This was the second time we filed for reimbursement through Embrace. As was the case two years ago, they responded quickly, communicated well through the process, and paid us an amount that was more than fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent insurer
Trupanion is easy to work with; they're responsive, easy to deal with online and prices are reasonable. The expense has been totally worth it when we've had serious health concerns with our pets, i.e. requiring X-rays, lab tests, overnight stays at vet etc.

Embrace is dependable pet insurance
Being a first time dog owner and buying pet insurance was new to me. I saved my receipts for a year and went to file them, I realized I was supposed to be doing it individually. Embrace reviewed my claim promptly , still considered them and wrapped up pretty fast. To my relief they are efficient and honorable. I am grateful and in the future, I will file claims promptly. Fortunately, most of my bills have been preventive medicals but I know I feel if I ever had a serious medical issues, Embrace would be on team "Popeye", my bet. Thanks

They are amazing and hassle free
No red tape. Claims are processed and approved within a day and for us the insurance has totally paid off! Plus it's wonderful to have peace of mind that we won't have to compromise our dogs care or our financial situation if a catastrophe happens (knock on wood)

Service from this insurance was excellant
We have not had the need to make a claim to Trupanion for a number of years. Last claim we made required that we fill out a form and mail it in and then wait for the results. With this claim our (new) Vet office emailed to Trupanion before we left the office and we had a reply the next morning with all the details. The money arrived before the week was out.
