Awesome Pet Insurance
Healthy Paws has been amazing for me and my dogs. One of my dogs was having seizures starting about a year and a half ago, and Healthy Paws was quick to pay all of my claims. Then, my dog was diagnosed with diabetes and Cushing's Disease, which both require a lot of ongoing testing and medications to treat. Eventually, my dog developed cataracts and just had cataract eye surgery to remove those, which was about $5500 total. Healthy Paws has always paid out my claims very quickly (the claim is usually processed by the next day and I have my check reimbursement a couple days after that). I have never had any problems with them paying any claims, and the couple times that I did have to call in to clarify a claim, they were extremely easy to work with and even willing to call my vet or vet specialist to get the needed information so my claim could be processed as soon as possible. I seriously do not know what I would do without Healthy Paws. It has been a lifesaver with my dog that has had so many problems (seizures, diabetes, Cushing's Disease, and cataracts), and thanks to Healthy Paws, she is a happy little girl that you would never know anything was wrong with her (unless you were around for medication time). I highly recommend Healthy Paws and could not ask for more from a pet insurance!

It's Right in the Name: Pets Best is THE BEST
What can I say about Pets Best? When our beloved dog, Boomer, passed away, they helped with everything. Easily processed the very expensive cancer treatment claims, and directly deposited the funds in our bank account. They were always kind and helpful. They never dropped the ball once. After Boomer's passing, they were very nice to call with condolences. Our new dog, PJ, has been covered with Pets Best from the beginning. He's a young dog with few health issues, but whatever it is - this month it was a bout of conjunctivitis -- Pet's Best quickly and efficiently processes our claim. Pet's Best is THE BEST. No question. I tell everyone to get their pet insured, and to get it with Pets Best. OH! And the rates are ridiculously reasonable. You cannot ask for more. I wish more companies - including MY insurance company - were as competent as Pet's Best.

They're awesome and easy to work with
My schnoodle, Penny, stopped eating and drinking water on July 3rd. She also was vomiting a whitish liquid. We took her to a 24 hour emergency vet hospital. They took xrays and did an ultrasound. They kept her overnight, and she finally started eating the next day. We took her home on the night of July 4th. It was easy to submit my claim to Healthy Paws, and I received a check for her just a few days later.
