Embrace is the best pet insurance company out there! Their staff is well trained and they process claims expediently (if only the vet's office would do their job faster). I have a Chinese Crested who has been terribly problematic with multiple health issues. Thanks to Embrace, I did not have to make that terrible decision to put him down from the time he was a 9-week old puppy to present day.

Kind, fast and very helpful
Out of nowhere, our dog got sick and ended up needing an emergency transfusion. She had to stay 2 nights in observation and have several tests performed to find out what was making her sick. Not only were we really worried that she may die, it was also very expensive. But when a treatment can save your dog's life, how absolutely devastating would it be to be not be able to approve it because of cost? I'm so glad we had insurance through Trupanion. I called wih tears in my voice to try and figure out what I needed to do and they were so nice and helpful. I received an email stating they were reviewing my claim the very next day after i submitted it and I received a check in the mail that same week. I am so grateful that i could focus on getting my dog the best care she needed instead of also having to focus on ways to pay for her care.

Healthy Paws is awesome!
Our little Ali freaked out during a thunderstorm while we were on vacation and we were out of the friends home we were staying with. She was in her crate. She broke a couple of teeth and cracked several others. I called Healthy Paws to inquire about the claim process and they were first concerned about Ali. They then walked me through the process. Their online claim process is quick and easy and they keep you informed.

Outstanding Customer Service
Our one year old puppy recently had to have surgery on his leg, which was approximately $3000. We submitted all of the paperwork to Healthy Paws and in less than two weeks we received our reimbursement checks! They even sent a follow-up email to us asking how the Jake was doing. It was very easy to communicate with them and their staff was very caring. I was very impressed and will continue to use and recommend Healthy Paws.

I was impressed by each step of the process in submitting a claim. I was notified my claim had been received and quickly updated as it was reviewed. A check was issued within 10 days of the medical incident - my own family doctor should be so prompt!
