Very pleased with entire process
After having an unexpected pet emergency and remembering that I had Spot pet insurance, I am very pleased. Submitting documents for the claims was easy, the timing was fast and I am happy with the service overall. My only negative comment could be the limit, now after experiencing an emergency a higher limit option would be nice.
