Best Possible Service
I insured my baby, a 13 1/2 year old Pomeranian, just in time. He started having issues within a few months of signing up, including heart and stomach problems. Service is unbelievably fast and as advertised. No hassles, 90% coverage, which is fantastic, responses the same day when I've scanned and emailed documents, and checks arriving a few days after that. Once a condition is established, form to fill out is incredibly brief--a couple of seconds to complete as they handle the majority of the form for a repeat condition. It's great!

The vet submitted the claim via fax after business hours. The next day were were notified the claim had been received. The following day we were notified it was paid with a summary. The same thing happened when the second vet involved faxed a claim. Great customer service and constant follow-up. Wish our own human medical insurance worked so well.

I am writing to thank ASPCA insurance for being there for my cat KO KO. He is only 5 but was diagnosed with kidney issues due to a past toxic injury to his kidneys.He went to a specialty hospital and his own vet for a number of tests and medication. I have 7 cats that have ASPCA insurance and all interactions have been positive. They even called to see how KO KO was doing after they paid his claim. I recieved over $1000.00 for all the work that was done on Ko Ko . he is doing well and has move specialist visits and they said just submit the claims and they will take care of them. I very very highly recomend this company.. If you love you furry companion you owe it to them to protect them. In the case of this occurence.. It was unepexpected.. and having ASPCA insurance on KO KO gave me.. Peace of mind

Just Absolutely The Best!
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is worth every penny - do not waste time and purchase it! We have both of our dogs on Healthy Paws for years (after being on a different one) and most of the time we didn't use it all - but hey, that's what insurance is. This year however we have had to unfortunately use the insurance and I can't even begin to share how wonderful the entire experience is - from the best customer service representatives, to the speedy claims being processed and paid there is no better pet insurance out there. They just came out with an app for both Apple and Android and as soon as you get that big bill from the vet, snap a picture and submit the claim and you'll have a check within a week; I wish human insurance was like that! Our dog is on the road to recovery and we know that no matter what is needed to help our little pup there will be no worries because we not only have pet insurance, but the best one out there! Thank you!

Swollen Face/Facial Abscess
I was in and out of my vets office and a specialty clinic for over a month. To figure out what was wrong with my dog. Her face was swollen and continued to swell after 2 weeks. After countless examinations and a CAT scan. There was no finds of a feign body or cancer. Thankfully the antibiotics started to work before we did an exploratory surgery! She is doing much better. Not 100% yet but extremely close! I scanned and emailed all of my claims. Embrace started processing my claim within 2 days of being sent the documents. I have always had excellent service with this company and they are very personable. The majority of the time they email to confirm my deposits from my reimbursements! I love this company and have never have a unpleasant experience with them!
