My dog can walk because of Trupanion
My dog Smudge blew her knee and had to have a plate put in it. There is no way I would have been able to afford the vet bills to give her the treatment and surgery she needed with out my Pet Insurance. The Claims were processed ridiculously fast! In total I had 4 claims, one was initial visit, two for x-rays and one for surgery. My Smugde is recovering amazingly well.

Trupanion Rocks!!
Trupanion kept me aware of how claim was progressing and approximately how long it would be for the resolution of the claim.They were very pleasant and helpful when I called with questions

Almost 10 years of friendly, prompt service
I have 2 English Labradors ages 6 and 10. Both have had very few claims, with relatively minor illnesses, however whenever they have a claim it has been responded to with great speed. The staff answer the questions in a very friendly , caring manner on the phone and assist me when I don't know the answer.

Hoped for faster reimbursement
I was disappointed that it took over 10 days to be reimbursed. With the increases in monthly rates, I'd be better off putting that money into savings. I needed a faster cash flow return. Also I called twice. The first time I was told the claims were in review. Then three days later I called and was told the same thing. The reimbursement did arrive in my bank account the following day.
