Understanding but confused
My initial phone call to Trupanion left me feeling much better in an otherwise very stressful situation; the Customer Care employee I spoke to was very understanding, patient, and helpful while I spoke to her sitting in the exam room of the ER with my puppy. My only complaint is because I had to bring my puppy to the ER less than 12 hours apart and the two visits were processed as separate claims so I am still trying to explain it is the same illness so I do not pay my deductible twice, but I have yet to be successful in that aspect.

I am very happy.
My pet Starr. Had a very bad injury to her left eye. She needed a eye specialist. Very expensive. At first I didn't know what to expect with pets best insur. I am very happy.Pets Best Insurance came through. They handled my claim and took care of business.

Outstanding Service
We are so thankful for Pets Plus Us insurance. When our dog, Ginger started vomiting and not eating we knew something was wrong immediately. A visit to our veterinarian warranted x rays, ultrasound and finally surgery. Unknown to us, our sweet, little mischievous year old Terrier cross ate one of our daughter's rubber bouncy balls. The ball was stuck in her stomach and had to be surgically removed. Every step of the way Pets Plus Us was their for us, even when we had to bring her for weekend care at our 24 hour emergency hospital. Not at any time did we have to make any other decisions besides doing the best for Ginger. Our claim was easily submitted on line, and our return was deposited back into our account within the week. No questions, no hassles. So very thankful we have Pets Plus Us Insurance, and I would highly recommend them!

Claim Service Above & Beyond Expections
Our beloved Frenchie, Bowser, had to undergo immediate surgery due to a disc protrusion with spinal cord compression at C2-3. With an MRI bill of over $2300, and surgery estimates of almost $5000, Healthy Paws was there to quickly reimburse us of the 90% of the bill. To be honest, I was expecting a difficult time with submitting a claim (as this was our first major medical claim). But Healthy Paws was awesome from the time we submitted our claim until post-surgery (even following up with an email to see how our Bowser was doing). Every phone call to Healthy Paw was greeted and helped by a very kind customer support personnel. They truly have gained my trust as best pet insurance in my books.
