Rate hike over 20%
In Trupanion policy guide they state "This annual adjustment will never exceed 20% in any given year." We had increase from $30.34 to $49.91! I called and inquired and they said, oh thats our policy for everywhere but New York. There is nothing in their policy guide that states there is an exception for New York. We have a young healthy cat, we have never filed a claim. This rate hike is outrageous. How can you trust a company to be there when your pet is in need, when they don't follow their own rules.

Trupanion made the process extremely smooth when I needed to contact them about our pet care. The young man I spoke to on the phone was very informative and helped me with all of my questions without making me feel anxious! Timely follow up is greatly appreciated!

Trupanion is amazing!!!
Trupanion has been absolutely amazing! We got a rescue dog, and got one month of pet insurance free. We decided to keep it for a while and we are glad we did, as our dog has had some unforeseen health issues. Trupanion has been fantastic with their claims processing and their customer service. I would highly recommend!!!!

We have nothing but positive things to say about embrace! Every customer service rep has been friendly and helpful, and all our claims have been received and processed in a timely manner. I love the emails throughout the process, giving updates. And with direct deposit for reimbursement, I usually have it in about a week! They even sent a get well email to my dog!!

Good Job
My Noel has skin problems, i was very happy with how Pets Best handled the claim. Premiums are Premiums, but if the company does a good job for your pet when you need it that very important because your pet is part of your family.
