Embrace is a Great Comfort to My Family
I was very concerned when our an obstruction was discovered in the intestines of our 10-month-old Cairn Terrier. Of course I was concerned about the health of the puppy we love, but I was also concerned about the costs associated with his medical care--especially because we had only recently taken out our pet insurance policy with Embrace. Turns out I didn't need to be concerned. Our pup is fully recovered and Embrace promptly covered most of the expenses. Because I am retired and living on a fixed income, it's very comforting to know that Embrace has my back when it comes to the care our our pet.

Excellent customer service, speedy processing
Trupanion is an excellent insurer. After years of having VPI for my previous toy poodle, I have found that Trupanion has far better customer service and processes claims in an efficient manner.

Excellent, honest coverage
Trupanion covered exactly what they stated they would cover for the policy we have. Very friendly customer service and quick response time for reimbursement. I had another pet insurance in the past and was not happy with there service or integrity.

I always receive an email response once claim has been submitted and received. A follow up call is often made to make sure I was satisfied with the service and coverage.I highly recommend ASPCA for your pet insurance.
