Great Service
Recently ,my vet faxed a rather large claim to Trupanion on a Thursday afternoon.We live in Northern Ontario and Trupanion office is in North Vancouver.A cheque for over $4000 was in my hand the following Tuesday morning!!!That's service ,friends!!!Along with the cheque was a note asking how our pup was doing.Great company to deal with!

My Boxer, Bruin became extremely ill with vomiting, diarrhea and dehydration requiring an emergency vet visit and day and a half overnight stay. Trupanion covered my claim at 90% minus the deductible and has been very compassionate with me throughout this very difficult time.

We made a great choice!
We've had pets in the past but never had insurance for them. This time we decided to cover our yellow lab. We checked out our options and chose Embrace. What a great decision! We haven't had any major illnesses or accidents, thank goodness. But for the minor illnesses, Embrace processed our claims and issued our refunds quickly.
