Great customer service with Timely Reimbursement
My golden retriever (only 3 years old) had to have cranial cruciate ligament surgery. This is the first time I have had insurance on my pets, and would do again without hesitating. I did not have insurance on my previous Golden and ended up spending over $3,000 out of pocket for surgery. The embrace staff were awesome. Great customer service. They answered all my questions and processed my claims very timely. I have nothing negative to say.I have recommended this insurance to several of my friends and especially to new pet owners. Great job Embrace, you should be very proud of your staff.

Best pet insurance ever!
Our 8 year old Caviler King Charles spaniel needed a cardiogram to check his heart murmur. If it wasn't for Trupanion, we never would have been able to afford to have the test done. The people at Trupanion were so very helpful and caring. They are t me all the forms I needed and listened to me as I vented my tale of woe about my baby. The check came to me before I even got the bill from my credit card company. I highly recommend Trupanion to all of my friends and even strangers I meet on the street. Without their coverage, we would never be able to give our dogs the care they need and deserve!

Happy with this product
So far our experience with Trupanion has been amazing. Our Boxer/Mix puppy got very sick and almost died. He ended up at UC Davis on a ventilator for 5 days. Our claim was over $15k. Once we submitted the claim, Trupanion started on our claim that day. The only hold up was getting medical records from the vet. After the records were received we received our check within a week. Trupanion covered everything the policy said it would cover. Without having this insurance, things may have turned out different with our puppy.
