Very fair, very fast
Our Little Bud had life threatening bladder stones. Our vet operated to save his life. We contacted Trupanion a few days later and we received a settlement in under 3 weeks. We could not be happier with their response.Little Bud is now healthy and back to his old tricks. We would like to thank everyone involved for saving this little guys life. That includes Trupanion. Confusing Coverage
It seems every time I submit a claim, there's a reason something isn't covered. I might be better off to save the $40 a month into a savings account and then just pay the vet bills when they happen. Response and customer service are good, I appreciate that.

Olivia's Operation
Olivia is one of three rescues who found her forever home with us. I was concerned for her after discovering a lump below one of her ears just before the holiday season. She was admitted for surgery in December and Trupanion reimbursed the covered costs by January. Although Olivia was covered for a number of years, this was the first time we put Trupanion to the test and we are very pleased with the outcome. The claim process was straight forward and supported every step of the way. Having the coverage gives us peace of mind that our little ones' health is looked after and the cost doesn't have to be the deciding factor for treatment. Trupanion's customer care provided seamless support with clear communications, follow up and follow through. I would definitely recommend their service!

As a new pet parent, I am extremely thankful for the fact that I chose Healthy Paws as my puppy's insurance carrier. Unfortunately, my puppy, Hudson incurred a fall and ended up breaking 5 of his toes. I submitted the claims from the hospital and the vet and was pleased with the response time. I received a reimbursement check in the mail within a week that the claim was filed. I shutter to think about the out of pocket expenses that can surmount without decent insurance. I truly believe that I made a very good choice with Healthy Paws. I only wished that my medical insurance was as reliable

Fantastic Service!
I've had an Embrace policy for my cat Zinger for several years now, and have always had great service and prompt claims handling. I recently took Zinger to the vet for her annual checkup and shots, and received the Wellness claim reimbursement exactly one week after filing! This is truly the best service I have ever had from any type of insurance policy. Embrace sets the standard by which the others are judged.
