I have had the opportunity to use Trupanion since my dog was a 16 weeks old and to this day she has had two cl surgeries, teeth work, torn ligament, hyper extension on front leg and many other ailments and Trupanion never batted an eye. I received the payment within a week. I have always recommended Trupanion to friends and strangers for the past 12 years. Believe me I would not be wasting my time writing these comments if I was not impressed and or felt I wasn't getting 100% satisfaction. I am grateful for the service of Trupanion and I thank you for being there for myself and my best friend.

Our cat, Maddie, is having serious liver problems that have required many tests and procedures. Trupanion has helped by making the insurance process the easiest I have ever seen and pays extremely promptly - usually within 2 days.

Trupanion is "true" to its words. They are quick to respond to all claims I have filed. And, they are compassionate in their responses. The last claim filed was one for sarcoma surgery and one for pre-approval claim for radiation therapy. Jennifer always ends her email claim responses to me by saying something indicating how much she and the company cares for my pup-- "Give Bailey some scratches for me".

Embrace is the best pet insurance
I am retired and live alone with my two dogs. My little chihuahua was diagnosed with a collapsed trachea and an enlarged heart. I was frantic. I was referred to a dog cardiologist for an echo gram at a cost of $610.00. When I called Embrace a wonderful man named Joshua listen patiently on the phone while I went on and on. He knew I was living on social security and even sent me forms to see if the cardiologist would wait until Embrace paid them directly. It wasn't necessary as my daughter lent me the money; but the peace of mind it gave me was immeasurable .i have a happy ending ; my little Spirit 's heart is fine. He is just so small that the first X-ray gave a false impression of being enlarged.and the trachea is just narrow not collapsed. Thank you everyone at Embrace!

Don't waste your money with this company!!
I got this pet insurance when my dog was 6 months old. She is now 9. I have sent in claims which I would never get any money back for. There was always an excuse about how it wasn't covered. I had one of the most expensive plans paying $80 a month. Over this time I have only received a couple hundred dollars. From the thousands I had put into it. The last straw was my dog had to get a mass removed which was thought to be cancerous. ASPCA pet insurance would not cover ANY of it because they claim that it was a pre existing condition. Didn't know a cancerous mass was a pre existing condition! What is the point of paying $80 a month. I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. Wast of money. There are way better pet insurance out there. Or better yet save your own money every month for vet bills. Such a scam.
