Fast processing
Recently my dog has required multiple diagnostic tests for problems urinating. Multiple bills have been submitted and the turn around for payment to reimburse me has been very fast. Unfortunately my dog has been diagnosed with cancer and just started on chemotherapy. I am assuming that this quick review and reimbursement will continue. I have been very pleased with how Trupanion has handled covered expenses.

The reason my cat is alive.
My cat is over 15 years of age and Trupanion helped her since she was just over year old. She broke both her hips less than a year apart at a time when money was tight. I would have had to put her down with the first one without this insurance. I gave advised many people over the years to insure their pets. Wonderful Company!
A couple years ago I purchased Embrace insurance knowing I would eventually run into high expenses for our great dane BooBoo. BooBoo was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, it was devastating but the Embrace representatives made the whole oncology care and claims process bearable. As a professional healthcare worker I have high expectations of the medical field including the veterinarian field, the Embrace team went over and beyond their duties and certainly beyond my expectations. We lost our beloved BooBoo but thank you Embrace team for making this devastating process a little easier.
