Disapointing.

Being good pet owners, we took our Newest rescue to the vet to check on some concerns. Luckily they all turned out to be nothing. Sadly, Embrace used the visit to exclude everything we had checked. Very disappointing from a company we have had good coverage from in the past.

Bob called me to follow up twice!

I felt ASPCA really cared about my dog's recovery from her accident. Sincerely felt follow up!

No gimmicks, just really great coverage

We got Healthy Paws coverage right after we got our puppy, and it's literally been a lifesaver. She needed bladder surgery at a cost of more than $4,000, and without insurance we probably couldn't have afforded it. Healthy Paws processed the claim quickly and cut a check for 90% of the cost. How much simpler and efficient could pet insurance be? From previous, smaller claims, we knew we could count on them to process the claim as promised and not yank us around. I wish all insurance was this simple. Getting pet insurance with Healthy Paws was the single smartest decision we've made for our dog. I would absolutely recommend that you do the same, and that you choose Healthy Paws.

Unsure

So far I have yet to get any information on my claims. I have jumped through every hoop in providing information about my puppy, his history, and repeating the process via my vet. I'm still waiting to get information on my claims, although I have wellness and illness. This is ridiculous.

Thank you!

Pets Best offers something that other pet insurances do not. They offer insurance for the older pet! The reason this was importan to us is because we are a middle age couple, about 50 years in age, when we adopted a middle aged dog, named Zeus, from a shelter. What we did not know is that Zeus had been neglected and had a host of health problems that required treatment that we quickly realized we could not afford. Upon further research, Pets Best was the ONLY pet insurance that would take Zeus. Because of Pets Best, we could offord a happy healthy life to give to Zeus. Pets Best offered affordable care that made Zeus happy, which made us happy! Even if we adopt a young pet, we would go back to Pets Best, because they were willing to take on Zeus, whom we love! Because of Pets Best policy, we are and will be loyal customers!

Teeth removal

Our 6 month old shih tzu, Sassy, was in for spaying and umbelical hernia repair. Our vet found she also had decidious teeth that was not loose and interfering with the formation and placement of permanent teeth. With our permission, she pulled these teeth while having her under anesthetic for the other things. While Trupanion does not cover spaying or the umbilical hernia (pre-existing), they promptly paid for the teeth removal and part of the anesthetic. The claim was handled promptly and completely to my satisfaction. Best decision I made was to get Trupanion. I have peace of mind.

Great Insurance

It's such a relief when your pet gets sick to know that your insurance will help you cover some of the cost. Every year that we have had Pets Best it has more than paid for itself. Our Zoe could get into some trouble (drinking random water, ripped dew claw) and every time they reimbursed us exactly as expected. They only charged one deductible for multiple visits to treat an ongoing issue.

Top Notch Pet Insurance

I'm totally amazed at this insurance company. They do exactly as they explained to me when I first joined. In fact, they respond faster than my human health insurance!!I don't think I could have found a better company.
