9+ years of appreciation
I’ve had figo for approximately 9’years now. They have allowed for me to provide outstanding care in supporting my dog through his battles with irritable bowel disease, behavior issues and more. Because of figo, we’ve been able to work with a team of vet experts (nutrition, internal medicine, vet behaviorist) to provide him a quality of life that would not have otherwise been possible. While I wish I didn’t need to see the vet as much as we do, I am eternally grateful to figo for being there to support us every step of the way.

FYI Folks.... If you have a complaint against this or ANY pet insurance company. You can do 2 things, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau AND file a complaint with your states DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE! They are the ones who regulate insurance companies. That includes pet insurance.

Worth Every Penny!
After hours of researching and comparing various pet insurance options, I made the decision to go with Spot for our dogo argentino rescue puppy. This is the first time I’ve ever purchased pet insurance, and I’ve had dogs all my life. After a year, I can confidently say that Spot is absolutely worth the investment! Over the past year, we had to make multiple visits to the emergency vet, and it turned out that our sweet girl has severe food allergies. Without Spot, we wouldn’t have been able to afford the cost and care that our puppy required. I am incredibly grateful for this service and wholeheartedly recommend Spot to anyone who has a pet, especially a puppy!
