Quick and Easy
My puppy was attacked by two dogs who had gotten out of their yard. Their owner graciously paid for the initial surgery and follow up. Unfortunately, my puppy's wound did not heal properly, requiring many more visits to the vet. Embrace has paid for each of these visits quickly. I'm so glad that we took out Embrace insurance on our new puppy. I'm hoping never to have to use it again, but it's good to know that it's there if we need it.

Exceptional Customer Service
The customer service I have experienced working with the 'embracers' at Embrace, I feel very happy about the choice I made selecting Embrace for our girls. After researching 3-4 pet insurance options, I found that Embrace provided the most transparent information about their policy, and their customer service has been exceptional - knowledgeable, personable, and professional.

Our dog has had multiple problems and ASPCA Insurance paid without question. They also called and inquired about our dog. I like their speedy response and caring people. I will stay with this company as long as I have a pet.
