Thank you for this great service and assistance. This month was extremely challenging for Oskar, we had to see the vet several times and always with different issues, or recurring ones. From Trupanion, no questions asked, all claims were dealt with very fast and reimbursement according to plan, even more than expected.

Pets Best IS the best in price & customer service
I have had other pet insurance. When I researched insurance companies for our current pet I could not believe how great Pets Best is. I called several time to check my facts. The customer service is the best. They speak to me in terms I can understand. They are quick to respond to my calls. The price of their policies are by for the best (bang for your buck). On line filing is quick and easy. Payment is fast and may go through direct deposit. I have and will continue to recommend Pets Best.

Best coverage, value, service: World-class!
Did a lot of research before insuring my chihuahua pup with Trupanion six years ago. Worth the effort! I am a retired United Healthcare Director of Quality Management,and I have high and exacting standards when it comes to healthcare excellence for myself, my family and my companion animals. Trupanion has always met or exceeded them for Yoda. Claims processed promptly, often within hours, check cut and mailed within a couple business days. Oh, and super customer service--courteous, concerned, informed. Last visit to my vet, staff told me they were now recommending Trupanion as a first choice in pet insurance.
