I couldn't be happier with Trupanion. Our mastiff has had to have several expensive procedures and they have never once questioned the fees or given us an issue with a claim. They never take more than four days to adjudicate a claim and I always have the check in under a week. If you are shopping for pet insurance, look no further.

Pets Best IS the best in price & customer service
I have had other pet insurance. When I researched insurance companies for our current pet I could not believe how great Pets Best is. I called several time to check my facts. The customer service is the best. They speak to me in terms I can understand. They are quick to respond to my calls. The price of their policies are by for the best (bang for your buck). On line filing is quick and easy. Payment is fast and may go through direct deposit. I have and will continue to recommend Pets Best.
