They offer great policies that you can tailor to your pet's needs. Great customer service - always answer any questions I have right away, even while I was at an ER with dog.The explanation of what they will and will not cover is always clear. I am so thankful to have Trupanion! We have a 11 month old puppy (maltese), who is very active. He had surgery for blockage at 8 months and then a month later needed surgery for hernia from first surgery. Trupanion was the best. They came through within days of the surgery. Best choice I ever made. Thank you Trupanion!

Both of my cats were sick with separate illnesses. Embrace processed the claims very quickly and the reimbursement check was mailed quickly as well. The online portal was a fantastic resource to keep up to date with the entire claims process. I am very happy with this service.
