You are fantastic!

My cat Sam was treated for hematoma of the ear. He seems fine now. Embrace covered everything. They were both fast and friendly in settling the claim. Once before, I needed Embrace's help on a claim. It was in the $2,000 range and they took care of it. And at that time, they were also fast and friendly. By far, I think Embrace is the best! And they are so nice! D. Price Hyde Park, Ma.

Another great experience

I just completed my 4th claim in 3 years. Trupanion gets faster each time. It is amazing how fast they are.In the most recent claim my Vet emailed the claim form with the invoice so I literally did nothing. The money was wired into my checking account (because I use a debit card with Trupanion) in 2 days. My Vet told me they are getting Trupanion Express software so in the future I will pay 10% at checkout and Trupanion will do the rest paying my Vet directly. This company is the best by far. I have used VPI/Nationwide in the past and they were terrible.

Excellent, everything I thought and more.

Mario, diagnosed tumor on rear leg. Upon healing and bandage removal another tumor found on anal gland, first biopsy negative. Second surgery was a little rougher due to him being diabetic and so close to first. Embrace handled all claims expediently and delivered everything advertised and more.

Extraordinary service.

Trupanion has been more informative & compassionate than my own health ins. The coverage was unbelievable. Thank God I had the stem cell coverage. Although Lena is still in recovery stage. It was less intrusive than major hip surgery. My vet Pleasant Plaines hospital & the Surgen & cannot forget the staff were wonderful. I recommend Trupanoom to all my pet friends. Wish you had horse ins also. Lena is doing great only after 1 week of knee surgery & stem cell procedure. All large breed pet owners should consider having trupanion. No one wants to make that decision of what to do if that time comes. Lena & I thank all who were involved.
