Amazing company!
I insured my pug through Healthy Paws back when she was 4 months old. She just turned two. We've filed a few minor claims and always been reimbursed pretty quickly. Last week I had to take her to a dentist for two broken teeth. I wasn't expecting her to need surgery that day or for it to cost $1700.00!! I filed our claim with the hopes that at least part of it would fall under our 90% plan. All of it other than the exam fee was covered and we received an emailing saying that a check for $1450.00 would be mailed out within 10 days. I was thrilled and relieved that her healthcare costs didn't have to be something to worry about while she recovered. We could just concentrate on our baby!

Healthy Paws is exceptional!
My lovely and lovely 4 year old Border Collie mix, Marley, was diagnosed with partial torn cruciate ligaments in both knees earlier this year. I was advised to do each knee separately for her ease in recovery and we have just completed the second of the 2 surgeries. These operations and the recovery period are no small feat. With Marley's first surgery, she also required 3 months of rehab. This time, as the surgery date for her second surgery neared, I had her go into prehab once a week to build the strength in the leg that was going to be operated on. This has turned out to be a lifesaver as her recovery this time has been much easier than the last. Through this entire process, Healthy Paws and each of its representatives that I've dealt with have been truly wonderful. Submitting claims through their smartphone app makes the whole process instantaneous and painless. The reimbursements are sent within a week of the claim being accepted and they show genuine concern for your beloved pet with follow up emails. I recommend Healthy Paws to all my friends and colleagues who have pets and cannot speak highly enough of them. Thank you Healthy Paws for helping to get my Marley back into good health again.

Piece of mind
My daughters dog "Luna" has been sick a couple of times and I was very pleased with the timeliness the claims were paid. You can view the claims status online as well, however the website is very basic and needs more detailed information about the claims. Overall very happy with Embrace !!!

n ot good comminication with my vet
I have no trouble about how you pay or when however, my vet cannot fax you. It comes back every time that it will not go through. This is an extra burden on them. They have no other trouble with any other faxes they send. I wish this could be remedied. It is frustrating for me and them. The claims could go through much quicker as I have to go to another town to get the information and fax myself.

Amazing!!
My dog was rushed to the ER because he had a bones stuck in his esophagus. As many of you know the ER won't perform any surgery unless you pay an estimate bill upfront. They charged me $3500 for the procedure. Just like any normal person my heart dropped when they told me the amount but this is my child and I would do anything to save him. I was just hoping my pet insurance would not give me a huge hassle like most insurance companies do. Healthy paws not only was easy to use with a picture of my bill but refunded me in 7 days. After refunding me they sent me an email asking how my baby was feeling. It was a personal email not one of those generic emails. This made my experiences amazing! I would recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance!!!

I love Embrace!
Both of our labs are now insured with Embrace and I have been very pleased with the high level of customer service and the ease of claim submission and reimbursement. I have told my vet about how good Embrace is and have recommended to all my friends and family.One thing to be aware of regarding this review, it was my female dog's first claim which required a medical history review. Therefore it took long than claims usually do. This was anticipated and the claim was processed as expected.
