AWESOME- no hassle and quick reimbursements!
embrace has been a completely awesome pet insurance. its very easy to submit claims, they inform you when they have received a claim and if they need more information which my vet is very thorough and embrace has never asked for additional information, they don't take long at all to review claims and once they are approved shortly after they reimburse you. I've submitted 5 claims already, 2 of them being $3,000 because my dog tore both of her cranial cruciate ligaments in both knees and embrace never gave me any trouble at all. they review the vets notes and recommendations and reimburse me within like a month! i love embrace and wouldn't change my pet insurance for anything!

My 15 year old border collie Moja fell ill with lymphoma and it was great to know I could afford to give her the best treatment possible in her last couple of months. As the bills piled up, I submitted them to Trupanion. It really helped ease the stress of everything when the claims were handled so well and I got checks in the mail so quickly. It really just gave me 1 less thing to worry about so I could focus on my Moja.

Great coverage and fast reimbursements
We got pet insurance for our lab/shepherd mix girl and we're so glad we did. She had a CCL tear in her left hind knee. We tried doing conservative management for a while, but the knee wasn't tightening up so we had to take her to have a TPLO done. Healthy Paws has been great about handling our claims. All I have to do is scan the invoices and upload them to their website. Within a few days they've processed the claim and sent a check in mail. They've covered the surgery and all the rehab work as well. This is the first time we've had pet insurance for one of our animals and I'll get it for all future animals. It's really great not having to make the hard decision between getting your fuzzy pal the best care possible and a vet bill that's going to be thousands of dollars.

Excellent Service
We have been with Trupanion for almost 7 years and could not be more happy with the service. We have had a few major issues with our pup Kona over the years from disc problems, to elbow surgeries, which are quite costly. We are so pleased that the claims are always processed quickly and a cheque is always sent to us within 10 days. Thank you, thank you.

I am so happy to have found Trupanion
My family is so lucky to have found Trupanion. Our beautiful Chesapeake puppy tore out two knees at just under 18 months of age. We were faced with a very expensive surgery and prolonged recovery or not being able to sustain her life. Thanks to Trupanion we all worked hard and she is a happy and active dog again. The surgery cost greater than $6000 dollars and we never would have been able to do it if it had not been for Trupanion. Now our kitten age 3 wound up in the hospital for bladder obstruction twice within one month. I was shocked. Thank goodness Trupanion responded quickly to all of those claims and our little friend is doing well again !
