Thank God for ASPCA Pet Insurance
I'm truly happy with the quality of service, compassion and help that's provided to Adam and me. I was so touch when I received a call from an ASPCA rep to check up on Adam. It meant so much to us. Adam isn't just our dog, his a member of our family. I also recommended ASPCA Pet Insurance to a co-worker who just got a dog.

Love my Embrace
Very glad this was covered. Honestly I wasn't sure. Regardless, your company employees are so nice and get right on a situation. None of "well we will look into it and call you back stuff." They are so helpful, polite and always make me feel as though I am their only customer.Still waiting on the other two claims. Hoping, but not sure about one of them. I love having a wellness policy too. I should have got a larger one, my fault, but what I have is a big help for sure.

Fast, Easy and Reliable!
I have been using ASPCA pet health insurance for the past seven years, and they have always been reliable and compassionate. I have submitted claims for many an emergency, and I am so grateful to be reimbursed, especially for the big, expensive invoices. A rep from ASPCA will also always call to follow up and ask about my dog's health, which is much appreciated. Very happy overall!

Money well spent
The best advice we ever had was to get Trupanion. The claims are filled quickly with no question. Our sweet little dog developed gastric problems while we were travelling and we felt confident that the vet could diagnose her with no hesitation. Thankfully and thanks to Trupanion , Gina has recovered and is back to her old self.

A step up from other pet insurance
After previously dealing with VPI who rejected numerous claims, Embrace Pet Insurance has been definitely a better experience. Something worth noting, if you have any questions regarding your policy do call them as I failed to receive any responses.

Overall Satisfaction
I have carried your insurance (on two Shih Tzus) for several years. I am very pleased with the ease of submitting a claim & how quickly it is processed. Also impressed with follow-up. My only disappointment - questionable coverage on health problems that are common to a breed, ie: eye or kidney problems with the Shih Tzu breed. I can understand a waiting period when first purchasing the insurance (perhaps during first year of coverage). I have not had a problem in this area, but can foresee it occurring in the future.
