We were very happy and impressed with how quickly Spot reviewed (and approved) the hernia and residual teeth extraction for our puppy. The process (insurance cla) was amazingly easy.

I was lucky
The only thing that might have gone better in my case would have been for the vet hospital to deal directly with Spot about payment rather than my having to go out of pocket for such a large sum of money then be reimbursed. Luckily I was able to do that this time.

I am giving the lowest star possible because after reading the reviews I have decided this is not a good pet insurance company who nickle and dimes you to death and won't keep their end of the bargain.
