Thieving trash losers.
Thieving trash losers. Absolute scumbags. They raise your rates without telling you, and don't cover anything that they say they do. It's a nightmare to try and cancel, and they still figure out a way to milk extra money out of you when you try to cancel. They are the worst. The support staff are awful. Just a terrible company.

MetLife is an excellent pet insurance company. I’m so glad I decided to go with their company shortly after getting my little 2 year old yorkie. The rates are reasonable, and they make submitting claims easy, and they are processed in a timely manner. MetLife also has the nicest and most helpful customer service reps you can find anywhere!
