Best in all aspects
I have been an Embrace customer for over six years and have coverage for both my Havanese dogs. I did my research before choosing Embrace and feel that they are the best. I have had no issues with any claims and they even covered several chiropractic and acupuncture treatments. My little boy Tucker who is only 5 and a half years old was recently diagnosed with Glomerular Meningo Encephalitis, an autoimmune related inflammation of the brain and spinal cord and Embrace has covered all of the diagnostic procedures and the treatments that he has had so far. He is doing great now but still has more treatments ahead. I would recommend Embrace to everyone who want to purchase pet insurance. Great company and service!

The Best Pet Coverage!
We have 4 rescues that are all covered by Healthy Paws. We did have 2 of them covered by someone else but was very displeased with them. Our one baby was in pain from bladder stones. Eight hundred dollars later they were able to flush them out without surgery. Healthy Paws reimbursed at 90%. He also had an ER trip one night when he tussled with another dog and was nicked above the eye. I rushed him to the ER without thought to cost because I knew that he was covered by Healthy Paws. They are 100% the best pet coverage. No one wants to make a choice for what's best for your baby due to cost. Healthy Paws makes it so you don't have to. Thank you so much, Healthy Paws!

One of the best choice of my life
When I bring my baby Tuffy in my life he was one month old I was accepting him as my child and I was aware that he will be one of the most important house member. Immediately I plan to get insurance for him I had multiple choice in market and so many choice was very cheaper premium but each choice was very complicated , they had fix amount of coverage with each health problem and their coverage language was so complicated , Trupanion had very straight simple and easy coverage compare to any competitor in market , I choose Trupanion and I have so much piece of mind. My dog was diagnosed with anal gland adenocarcinoma. As he is young and otherwise healthy, we have decided to go ahead with the full course of treatment - surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. Estimated cost of treatment plan is $14,000. Trupanion have been fabulous to deal with. They pre-approved all the treatment plan estimates within hours of submission. I submit the claims and they are handled within hours and have been paid promptly. This is so important to me as this is a stressful and worrying time. He has had his surgery now and needs constant care, so having Trupanion make the claims and payment process as easy as possible is one less task to deal with. Thank you Trupanion!

Rapid service, plus responsive and pleasant staff
It only took three days from the time the forms were sent from my veterinarian's clinic to the time the claim was reviewed by Embrace Pet Insurance Staff. They gave me timely progress reports, too. The staff was polite. I'd recommend any pet parent to check them out for their dog or cat's healthcare insurance needs.

Our golden retriever Maggie was diagnosed with luxtating patella. She was operated on a Monday. On Wednesday we submitted the claim. In less than a week we heard from Healthy Paws that our claim was accepted and was being paid. We received the check in a matter of days. Several years ago, we had another of our dogs suffer the same injury but had a different insurance company. They refused to cover the surgery as "luxating patellas are not covered in large breed dogs". We are very happy with Healthy Paws and would recommend the insurance to other pet owners.

Claims for my Lab's Knee surgery
My yellow 4 year old lab had to have knee surgery. Knee surgery is a rather expensive surgery for dogs. I had a 80/20 policy with Healthy Paws. The coverage paid the full 80 percent of the total bill. The claims were processed within a few days and I had a reimbursement check within a week. Great job Healthy Paws!
