Fast and Courteous
My dog, Stubbie, is approaching "middle" age so I decided it would be a good time to insure him. He ruptured his CCL about a month after insuring him. We are about 8 weeks out of surgery and I received a reimbursing check weeks ago. It was so fast! Everyone over there was so nice every time I called and they were so efficient with reviewing his claim. I was been a veterinary technician for 7 years and am now in my second year of veterinary school and will definitely be recommending this company to everyone.

Wellness Claim & Illness Claim (Fleas)
I recently had both of my Pomeranian dogs treated at a local veterinary clinic. Wellness visit (annual physical + 2 shots) for Spanky and an illness claim (fleas) on Little Rascal. Both claims were processed and paid promptly. Emails from Embrace kept me informed of the status of both claims. I have used Embrace to insure both of my dogs for over three years and have been very happy with the excellent service and coverage they provide for my pets.

I highly recommend Trupanion
Our 3-year-old German Shepherd recently injured his cornea -- which required multiple vet visits, various antibiotics and treatments. The treatment is ongoing and surgery was something the veterinarian was considering as an option. During this stressful time, it has been so comforting to be able to get him the treatment he needs, regardless of the cost. Without Trupanion, the expense of this injury would have been a great financial hardship. We have submitted multiple claims and Trupanion has consistently reimbursed us very quickly, which allowed us to have the money for subsequent vet visits and treatment. It has been a lifesaver. Our three cats are also enrolled!

I am a satisfied customer.
Our dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. So far, all of our claims have been handled professionally, and courteously by Embrace staff. We haven't used up our deductible yet so I can't comment on reimbursement.

Excellent customer service. My dealings with the people at Healthy Paws Pet Insurance have been straightforward and easy. They processed my claim in record time. Zero hassles. They covered everything they said they would cover and I had a reimbursement check within one week of submitting all the required paperwork. I can't believe I found a company that does what they say they will do. And in a polite and kind way. They even sent a follow up e-mail after the claim was processed to ask how my dog was doing.
