Outstanding service and extremely fast processing
There were many pet insurance providers out there when we were researching but luckily we chose healthy paws. Unfortunately our little Pom was diagnosed with a luxating patella and in need of knee surgery. As a nervous pet owner, healthy paws was more than resourceful to describe coverages and the claim process. Amazing service, caring and claims were processed expeditiously. Thank you healthy paws for helping our Pom to get the care she needed. Highly recommended!!

Trupanion was tops from beginning to the end of the claim process. Over the phone I was made to feel at ease after my pet yorkie swallowed an acorn requiring surgery. The filing process was straightforward and fast. I was updated via emails every step. Our reimbursement check appeared in our account without any follow up or concerns. This made things much easier since our fur baby had gone through so much. This was one less thing to worry over.
