My 3yr old rottie had her first ever accident when she lacerated her paw! Trupanion guided me through the process and respected my emotions during every step of the way! The eligible payout was exactly as explained while signing up with Trupanion! Lately it has been quite busy for my family and I, Trupanion continued to remind me of receipts needed to provide me the exact payout I was eligible for! Kali now has a healthy paw and is back to all her old self! Thanks Trupanion! Again service above and beyond!

Pets Best Made My Day!!
My Labradoodle, Ruby, had to have Her Achilles Tendonrepaired. Pets Best handled my claim quickly, and I was relieved when I was reimbursed for my claim which was close to the cost of the surgery. Thank-you, Pets Best!
