After being denied the first time, we did an appeal. Customer service during this time was excellent. Embrace Staff guided us through the process of the appeal. In the end, the decision was reversed. The whole process took less than a month. I have a had other insurances which dragged it on for months.

I've set up my bank for automatic payment, so after my vet's office submits the claim with my proof of payment, Trupanion quickly expedites my claim and reimburses what they cover. Super easy with great customer service!

Peace of Mind
Health-wise, this was not a good year for our 6-year old wonderful Labrador Retriever. In November she had to have surgery for a torn cruciate ligament and then a month ago we had to take her in for what we were afraid was a serious stomach problem. Happily, the x-rays determined that the stomach issue was not serious. For both issues Pets Best reimbursed us for the full amount (minus the deductible we had selected and the co-pay of course). Having Pets Best insurance gives us peace of mind, knowing that we will never have to make medical decisions for our dog based on the cost of treatment.

I'm always amazed at how quickly I hear back from Trupanion, getting acknowledgement of my claim the same day and adjudication either the same day or the next day. The check comes quickly too! They are very easy to deal with and always thank me for taking care of my dog.

Genuine Pet Lovers
Our experience with Healthy Paws has been wonderful. Not only do the employees provide prompt service, they are concerned and caring individuals, clearly genuine pet lovers. Our dog has recently experienced a total hip replacement and not only was the claim easy to initiate, and quick to be settled, the employees showed concern for his progress and healthy wellbeing. We are very pleased to be a part of the Healthy Paws family and will continue to recommend them to all our friends.

I am very happy with the service provided by Embrace. I have received timely responses when I have submitted a claim. I have had very little question concerning my claims. When I have had to speak to someone about a claim or coverage, they have been very helpful and pleasant. I will renew my coverage when that times comes.
