First time with pet insurance after 5 dogs and wonder why I waited so long. Healthy Paws has responded promptly to my last 2 claims. Not only easy to deal with their customer support staff is courteous, knowledgable and easy to reach . There policies are clear and staff is easy available to answer questions. I recommend Healthy Paws to anyone thinking of pet insurance, and if you aren't thinking about it- you should. The price for insurance is minimal should you be faced with one serious illness .

Prompt and courteous service.
My dog had surgery for the removal and biopsy of three lumps. I was so glad to have embrace pet insurance since it reimbursed me for so much of the cost. My check arrived promptly and communication with embrace was efficient and courteous. I recommend this insurance to all my pet owning friends.

Never hesitate to get insurance for your pet
I am glad I bought my pet insurance from Trupanion. Definitely no hassle or delay when I make my claim. It is 110% advisable to purchase an insurance for your pet cat or dog the moment you get your new pet home. My dog was healthy when we bought him, but sadly his right knee needed a major surgery which the vet bill came up almost $3500. Thanks goodness I had insurance with Trupanion. The customer representative is always very friendly and knowledgeable whenever I called for any enquirers. I had done lot of research son the Internet searching for the best coverage for my pet. Trupanion definitely is the best.

I am so happy we found Embrace's pet insurance
I looked at all the other pet insurance out there. None even compare to embrace. We have had do unfortunately submit three claims for our young Yorkie. Embraces processed each one fast and efficiently without any problems. This is one of the best choices I have ever made. I recommend them to everybody I know! They make the process so simple! Claim filing could not be easier

Can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws pet insurance. Amazing customer service, always polite and extremely helpful! Our dog blew out her knee and had to have an expensive surgery, they had our claim processed and completed within 24 hrs of her surgery. It's also extremely easy to submit claims. I've recommended them to everyone!

Wonderful company
Our dog unfortunately developed hemangiosarcoma of the spleen and needed emergency surgery due to hemorrhage. Trupanion made it's payment within one week of submitting the bill - no hassles, no fuss.

Wonderful coverage and care
I'm a veterinarian who already knew the importance of pet insurance, but having now dealt with needing it personally, I can safely say my recommendation for Trupanion to my clients is the right one. My dog Olive is only two and needed surgery to repair a torn ligament in her knee. I did not hesitate to visit the very best surgeon in my area because I knew Olive deserved it, but it has been very nice to be reimbursed for her care! My invoices are reviewed very quickly and reimbursement is sent to me within a matter of days! Such great service through emails and mail correspondence. I really appreciate all of the help!

My dear Italian Greyhound, Niles, was diagnosed with meningitis last week. It was a horrible ordeal for our whole family, especially for Niles who was in a great deal of pain. We have a top notch specialty hospital about 3 hours away, where the care is thorough, high tech, and not cheap. I was desperately concerned about the cost of the procedures necessary to diagnose Niles' problem, and if it hadn't been for my history of trust in the integrity of Pets Best, I might not have had the confidence to proceed. Without Pets Best Niles' story might have had a tragic ending. Thank you Pets Best!! You are the best!
