We have used embrace for over 15 years and always have had great service. Easy to submit a claim on their phone app . And usually fast reimbursement into my checking account. Despite the increasing rates for insurance, embrace gives us peace of mind to help care for our pets. . And we are glad to have embrace!

Be aware of “preexisting conditions “
I have two dogs that are covered by Pets Best insurance and have been covered at least for four years. ( they are 5 and 6 years old). I have submitted two claims for each - three of the claims have been denied due to conditions they claim existed before the insurance went into effect. The last denial is for an ear infection and medication to treat it. Neither one of my dogs have ever had an ear infection before. I expected a denial in order to meet my copayment obligation, but was surprised to see that reason. I expect that any claim I put in for that dog will be denied for that reason.

Nice, Knowledgeable, and Flexible
It was very easy to submit a claim, and when I messed up and did not quite do things the way they intended, I was helped and walked through how to remedy the situation. All over email, which I appreciate because I do not like talking over the phone. They also processed my reimbursements within 24 hours of claim approval. Overall very nice, and great process, and employees.
