I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Pets Best pet insurance and how they truly delivered on their promise when we needed them the most. Recently, our puppy, Sydney, had an unexpected health emergency that required surgery. As you can imagine, the stress of the situation was overwhelming, but knowing that we had Pets Best by our side brought incredible peace of mind. From the moment we filed our claim, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The customer service team was not only friendly and empathetic, but they also walked us through every step, ensuring we understood the coverage and what to expect. The claim approval process was remarkably fast, and within 2 weeks, we received reimbursement for the majority of the medical expenses. This was such a relief and a testament to how efficient and reliable their service is. What stood out most was how much they genuinely care about the pets they insure. They understood how critical Sydneys situation was and acted swiftly to make sure we could focus on his recovery rather than worrying about the financial burden. Great Customer Service!
Josh was super helpful in answering all my questions about how the Fetch policy works (I've never had pet insurance before, and there were too many to compare and choose from)! He also let me know if I had any further questions I could ask for him by name, which was really great customer service in my opinion! After all my research and Josh's clear explanation of the policy terms, I feel confident in my decision to go with Fetch. They're one of the only affordable pet insurance companies that doesn't increase rates due to a pet's age, and that was just one of the many reasons I felt Fetch was the best choice.

BEWARE They may sell your policy to Odie
They sold our policy to Odie and said that everything would stay the same. Anything covered under the ManyPets policy would still be covered under Odie and not a pre-existing condition. The first claim with Odie was denied because they considered it a pre-existing condition. I'm super frustrated with both companies!

Never before was I reimbursed for annual visits to the vet, TILL NOW !!!
Last month I switched from another company to Embrace Pet Insurance, because I wanted to see if I had the best price and most comprehensive policy. As it turned out, I wasn’t. With Embrace, now I am, & paying less for the same policy, PLUS, now she has a Wellness Plan. The Wellness Plan covers yearly vaccinations, medications, & even grooming, up to how much you choose. Never before have we gotten reimbursed for all this. It all came out of pocket, but never back in. Today, I brought my service dog, Sandy Rose, to get her 10,000 mile (yearly) check-up and vaccinations. Knowing how much check-ups, vaccinations, & monthly heartworm meds and tick/flee drops cost, I got the $500 Wellness Plan. I submitted the claim online, which covered nearly everything. And, because I got from the vet 12 months of tick/flee chewables, there was a significant rebate. All tolled, I am getting reimbursed EVERYTHING!!! For Sandy Rose’s visit, I’m not paying a penny. And, since I set-up Direct Deposit with Embrace, instead of waiting 2 weeks for a check to come in the mail, I’ll be getting reimbursed in 2 Days. That’s Amazing!!! I’m sure glad I decided to check out other pet insurance companies and even happier that I went with Embrace. Thank You, Embrace.
