They really care!
Our very small dog 21/2 pounds fell and hit her head resulting in a rushed trip to the hospital where we were informed they weren't sure if she would make it. We asked them to do whatever they could to treat our poor puppy. Our first bill sent to trupanion was quickly covered followed closely behind by a request to see how she was doing. This continued through her full recovery with Trupanion actually thanking us for taking such good care of our loved one. The thanks goes to them! I suggest strongly to everyone with a pet to get this insurance.

Glad I switched to Trupanion
My dog is 9 years and 9 months old. She was diagnosed in May 2013 with diabetes. She will be on insulin the rest of her life. A 58 day supply of insulin and syringes is $125.99. Trupanion has paid 90% of this cost. The turn around time from the day I send the claim form until I receive reimbursement averages 25 days. Trupanion also covered 90% of the extensive testing that was required to properly regulate her insulin dosage.

BEST SERVICE EVER
We have been with Embrace for a few years after wanting to make sure we had a great plan in place for our rescued Pom, Wrigley, who we couldn't imagine life without! 2 months ago, Wrigley was diagnosed with transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and it was a huge blow...luckily, the team at Embrace has made things easy and painless when it comes to filing claims and receiving reimbursements. Amazing!
My puppy is 8 months old and in the 6 months that we have had him, he has had to have an ultra sound ($500), he has been to the ER ($2000) and has had a skin rash (200-300 dollars). I was amazed at how quickly trupanion gave us back our money and how easy they were to work with. They have saved us over 2000 dollars so far.
