Very Impressed
In May we lost of old boy Dusty, a 15.5 year old golden retriever. The last 3 years of his life we encountered multiple surgeries in addition to cancer treatments; we'd do anything for him to be healthy and comfortable in life. We promised ourselves that with our next dog we'd have insurance.....we now have adopted 2 more goldens and signed them up with Embrace. We have experienced excellent and prompt customer service on every level. We cannot speak highly enough about the ease of signing up to convenience of claim filing to the fantastic response times. Every pet owner should look into their coverage, premiums are very reasonable. Thank you Embrace for giving us piece of mind and wonderful coverage!

Best Pet Insurance Ever!
I love having this insurance. It is peace of mind for us, with a young dog. It came in handy recently when Silly Dog at a pound of M&M's (he is only 10 lbs) We rushed him to the ER and he had to spend the night. The bill was handled super fast, and customer service was fantastic. This was a first claim for us!

There When You Need Them Most
I have been a member of ASPCA Pet Insurance for many years, but boy did I need them when we found a Mast Cell Tumor (cancer) on my sweet 11 year old black lab Alexis. We were at the vet constantly, and the bills were piling up. We were able to fax out the claim as we checked out of the vet. Then ASPCA Pet Insurance turned our claims around within 1-2 weeks. They also called to check up on Alexis multiple times. I appreciate the efficiency and care we received during this scary time. Our dog has recovered and is happier than ever. Thank you ASPCA!

THEY ARE THE BEST
I have 2 golden retrievers, Goldie and Denali. Both of them have had there fair share of issues. Goldie was adopted and shortly after started showing signs of arthritis. Trupanion has covered every single one of our claims, and quickly too. Currently goldie is getting stem cell therapy and they are helping with the 4,000$ cost.. i am only paying 400. 90% coverage! NO LIMITS.... and everyone who works there really wants to cover and help you with your dog. Denali needed extensive xrays as a puppy, and they covered that. I love them. I want to hug them all.

Prompt, fair and no surprises!
I'm extremely satisfied with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. My bulldog had a cyst grow unexpectedly under his chin and after a few days it started bleeding incessantly. The vet recommended surgery and some follow up tests. Having had other types of pet insurance over the years, I didn't have high expectations. Healthy Paws processed the claims very quickly and paid 90% after the deductible without any surprises. On top of that, they sent a personal note to check on my dog's recovery. Top quality service and handling. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing Coverage after Only 1 Month
Rarely have I dealt with a Company as amazing as Trupanion. My dog Ruby, was diagnosed with Pancreatitis, only 33 days after signing up with Trupanion. She went through numerous tests, biopsies and eventually 2 emergency surgeries to try and save her life. After my $50 deductible was met, they paid out 90% of all costs. They were kind, thoughtful and I was surprised how quickly they paid out my claims.I would never go without insurance for myself, so why wouldn't have it for my baby? Thank you Trulpanion.

Peace of Mind
This is the best investment I have made the last 8 years! My cat Macy developed asthma 2 years ago-he has maxed out the plan but it has paid for itself ! I have continuing care and that has been sooo helpful since he had other issues too! I have my other 3 cats on the plan also but Macy has needed it the most. It has been peace of mind financially knowing that I can give him the best care possible and not worry about going broke! The customer service at ASPCA insurance is top notch-I have NEVER encountered anyone rude; they are awesome, helpful and so kind! For a sacrifice of eating out once a week for a month you too can have peace of mind and that is for 4 cats!!!

Broken elbow joint 4 month old Shiba Inu puppy
My beautiful 4 month old Shiba Inu puppy broke her entire elbow joint simply by slipping on tile while playing. When we took her to the vet we were so concerned about her as well as how we were going to be able to afford her health care. The vet told us her entire elbow joint was broken and she would need close to $4,000 worth of surgery and care. We broke down in tears. We are a military family and while we have savings we needed that money for my upcoming medical retirement transition. Our vet reminded us that we had just signed up for a free 30 day trial of trupanion insurance. Our jaws hit the floor. Trupanion paid 90% of the entire bill including post surgery therapy!! We hadn't even paid any premiums yet!!! We never would have insured our puppy but now we will never go without. Trupanion wa such an amazing blessing to our family. We love our puppy as another child. Without Trupanion who knows what might have happened. We are now lifetime members of Trupanion pet Insurance. We are walking and talking billboards for Trupanion now. Thank you with all out hearts from this Marine Corps family for helping us take care of our newest member of our family.
