Great company, easy claims
We've had to make several claims over the last years for my dog from diarrhea, to limping, to skin issues and each and everytime we had a very easy time submitting claims and being covered. When I needed to call in, everyone was super friendly and cared about my dog. I've made no claims with my cat so far but suspect it will be just as easy. It takes away the emotional guilt having to make financial decisions about your pet and instead receive the best care knowing you are covered should anything happen. I really recommend this company.

Easy and honest company
I love that it's very easy to submit claims using the app on my iPad. I also love that we get so much back on each claim without hassles. Our pet had a chronic infection that required several visits in 4 months and we didn't have to pay much out of pocket. In one month we saw the vet 10 times, so you can imagine how often we had to submit a claim. When the treatments weren't working we had to resort to a major surgery and having this insurance saved us so much money. We only ended up paying 200 dollars out of the 1,800. It was very sweet when healthy paws sent a follow up email checking up on my dog. I would highly recommend this insurance. You'll often see the check within 2 weeks of submitting so you won't have to worry about waiting forever to see the insurance money.

Our Golden Retriever suffered 2 torn ACL's one year apart. two years ago.Her surgeries were successful and she has been a happy and healthy best friend since that time. It was our first experience with Pet Insurance and a very good experience. Her needs were met, the result of the surgeries all we could ask for and all accomplished in textbook order. Thank you for helping to make a very difficult time less so.

I've had no problem getting claims done for a wellness visit to set him up for the neuter and the surgery itself. Staff communicates clearly and has answered my questions when I called them to clarify an issue with my policy.

When we brought Suzy, our Boston Terrier, home a little over a year ago, I decided to research pet insurance. After studying and comparing companies, I decided Embrace was the one for Suzy. I am so thankful that I made this decision!! Like everyone else, I'm sure, I purchased the insurance never dreaming that we would have to use it during the first year. Unfortunately, Suzy has had to have surgery on both hindlegs due to luxated patellas and a ruptured cruciate ligament. When I found out that Suzy needed the first surgery, I called and spoke to a customer service representative who really put my mind at ease and explained how the claims process works. I was so happy with the speed in which the claims were processed and paid. And in addition, I received follow-up emails to be sure I'd been paid and to check on Suzy's progress. With Embrace you feel like you are part of a family that really cares about your pet. Each and every Embrace employee that I have spoken to has been kind and caring.
