Best Pet Insurance!
After doing a lot of research I decided to go with Healthy Paw Pet Insurance for my two dogs. It seemed like they had very few exclusions, great reviews, and the premiums were reasonable. For the first couple of years I didn't have any major health issues for either of my dogs so while I didn't have any complaints, I also didn't have any reason to write a good review. Recently one of my dogs was diagnosed with Leukemia so now this insurance has become invaluable. My dog has started Chemotherapy so we are having weekly visits to the oncologist. It is amazing to me how simple the submission process is (especially considering I'm not very tech savvy), and how quickly they approve the claims. It means the world to me that I am able to focus all my attention on my dog and not having to stress about how much all of his treatments are going to cost. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering pet insurance for their pet.

Bestestest customer service ever.
I chatted with Lauren multiple times through the Figo site's chat section. She's super approachable, kind, and helpful. What I like the most about her is that I can see she actually cares. If I could rate Figo's customer service, I will give more than 5 stars. Superb customer service.

Great Service, Quick Turnaround
Had an annual check-up for our Maltese. Submitted the vet receipt on the same day as the vet visit to Embrace for reimbursement under our Wellness coverage. Less than 24-hours later, I had received a confirmation email of the claim initiation and confirmation of coverage/reimbursment. We've been Embrace customers for 6+ year (ever since we got our Maltese), and the level of service, kindness of the "Embracers" and quick turnaround on all of our claims has been outstanding. I cannot recommend Embrace enough to our friends and/or anyone with a pet they care deeply about.

Embrace is Great
Just filed my first claim and it took a total of 2 days to get a check issued! Glad I opted for the Wellness feature as it has already paid for itself for the year. I love the customer service at Embrace. The few times I've called with a question each person has been very nice and knowledgeable. My other dog is still with another insurance company, but after my experience with Embrace he will be transferring over here.

Lived up to their reviews!
When I decided to look for pet insurance, I did a lot of research. After checking all the insurance websites and reading about a million reviews, I decided to go with Healthy Paws. It seemed like they had the fewest exclusions and the rates were reasonable. They also had excellent reviews. I've been with them for a couple years, but never really need their service until recently. My beloved dog was diagnosed with Leukemia a few weeks ago. He is now receiving Chemotherapy so he is having weekly visits to the vet. Every week I submit my claim and within a few days the submission is approved and I receive a check shortly after. It is such a blessing that I can focus all my attention on my dog, and not be spending my probably somewhat limited time with him stressing about money.

SO GRATEFUL FOR PETSBEST
I cannot say enough about how very grateful I and my family are for PetsBest. The last few weeks have been tremendously stressful for us. Our beloved Buster was diagnosed with cancer of the liver. He needed surgery and now has to undergo chemotherapy. I have never ever experienced a level of customer service like that provided by PetsBest. Each and every person that we spoke to over the phone or via live-chat from the website was wonderful. Each person was knowledgeable about our claim status,advising us step-by-step what to do to expedite our claim. Most of all each person seemed to be sincerely concerned about our pet and sensitive to our emotional stress. Compassion in times like these are invaluable and truly a blessing. Buster is family and PetsBest gives us peace of mind knowing that we are able to do the very best that we can for him. Great pet insurance!!
I have VPI on 2 of my dogs but decided to try Embrace with my 3rd dog Miracle. I'm so glad I did. Miracle (a Rottweiler mix) was a rescue that we adopted and at only a year old had to have salivary gland removed in her mouth. Embrace covered it and were very prompt in processing and mailing payment. I will be adding the Wellness plan also. I would highly recommend this insurance for all pet owners!

Best thing I could have done for my boxer boy
I purchased Embrace insurance the day after we adopted our baby boxer boy and it was the best thing I could have ever done for him. While he had an episode of pancreatitis that was not covered as it was within the two week waiting period, pretty much everything else he has been through has been covered. When you sign up, if you can afford too, go with the highest reimbursement rate you can get (90%) and purchase the medication plan. You will be surprised how expensive medications can be. If you pay annually you get a small discount and you will pay just one annual fee and then not worry about it the rest of the year. Every customer service representative has been great and the 90% I get back goes right into my back account. Some other plans don't cover exam fees but Embrace does so keep that in mind when looking at other plans and Embrace has an annual deduction, not a per-condition deduction like some other plans do. Keep these two things in mind and seriously consider purchasing Embrace!
