Excellent!!! Turpainion is the Best!!!
My family just adopted 2 puppies in June. I covered both with Trupanion because I got a one month free trial with one puppy. I have had high vet bills in the past with previous pets so decided to keep it and cover both. Thank God I did because one puppy contracted parvo although he was given all of his shots to prevent it. It was very expensive (over $5K) to nurse him back to health because he had to be in 24 hour care for over 6 days. Trupanion saved the day for me and right before Christmas and my claim paid back over 80% of the overall costs. It was the first claim I ever made with pet insurance and every time I called for help with the claim all of the people I talked to were so helpful and compassionate. They were patient with me and always answered all my questions plus all of them told me they would be thinking of my sweet puppy and wished him the best. Because of them I was able to get through the entire horrible ordeal and my puppy is back to being a happy and healthy 10 month old puppy again. I will never own another pet without Trupanion. I have recommended them to lots of people I know and told everyone at the vet offices to refer other pet owners to them. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! THANK YOU TRUPANION!!!!

Orthopedic Elbow Surgery
So glad we decided to try pet insurance after having large vet bills with other dogs. Our 10 month Bernese developed elbow problems and we elected to have arthroscopic surgey. The insurance covered all three visits for this illness. My intial visit to primary vet ($185), the consulation with Orthpedic ($100) and the actual process ($3100) were all covered less the deductible and coinsurance. Great company to deal with. They even appologized twice becuase it took them a few weeks to pay my claim. I had money before my credit card bill for the surgery arrived.

I have found the customer service for Healthy Paws to be excellent. They seem to genuinely care about the well being of my pet dog, and they were very helpful when I was filing a claim. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who wants the piece of mind of having their pet insured.

Insurance to the rescue
With our kitty having a persistent urinary infection, the cost of keeping her healthy was dipping into our monthly budget. Thank goodness for the reimbursement by ASPCA Pet Insurance. Responsive, helpful, and no hassle
I submitted the claim form for both wellness and insurance together in a single email. Embrace staff split them into two separate filings for us. They sent us emails to keep us informed throughout the claim process. Reimbursement was directly deposited to our bank account; we even got an email to follow up on whether we've received the payment. Great service overall. Thanks.

Healthy Paws has been the greatest choice we have made as pet owners. They are responsive, kind and helpful at all times. Our sweet lab ruptured her CCL. The repair and rehabilitation was extensive. Healthy Paws processed all of our claims within 48 hours. More importantly, we received a personalized email from a representative to check on our dogs progress after the surgery.

Aloha! When I started shopping around for pet insurance for my 2 kids, I checked every company out there. I talked to several people about the pet insurance they had and got several referals. However, after I spent a great deal of time reading the 'fine' print on all the contracts and all the options. I also spent time reading all the reviews other people had with their pet insurance companies, those really helped. I researched for weeks and weeks. When I settled on Healthy Paws, I felt I had chosen the best company. My experience with the staff at Healthy Paws has been top-notch. When I made a claim on my daughter, they responded right away. No matter what time it was. I live in Hawaii and when I called to leave them a message because it was after hours, someone actually answered the phone and she remembered me from my emails! That's customer service!!! Even after my daughter's surgery, they emailed me just to check up on my baby girl. I've told everyone that I know who has pets about Healthy Paws and how great the company is. They are prompt with communications and reimbursements. Its the best pet insurance company on the market!
