Great company, great experience
I was a little concerned about Going online to file a claim, but to my surprise, it was easy Peezy and only took minutes to fill out and file. I elected direct deposit as my means of receiving Payment and I was extremely happy when everything was done, completed within two days. I did have questions and called for answers and had a very good experience, talking to their representatives and receiving quick, accurate answers. Their Customer service was top notch. I would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for Pet insurance. Great experience, great company.

Quick turnaround for emergency visit
My dog had to go to the emergency vet for a wound on his side. I sent my receipt and medical record and had my refund check from Pumpkin within a week. If you are sure to send the medical record along with your initial claim, things move quickly. I am very happy with my experience with Pumpkin over the preceding year and will be adding my two cats in the near future.

Healthy Paws is GREAT Pet Insurance!
Recently, my 6 year-old dog Oliver was diagnosed with severe chronic degenerative valve disease, severe mitral regurgitation, with ruptured cord of the anterior mitral valve leaflet. I called Healthy Paws to confirm the claims filing process and got a very knowledgeable and friendly customer service representative who easily explained the process to me. Since then, I have filed multiple claims and all have been reviewed in a timely manner with prompt payments to follow. I am very happy I chose Healthy Paws as an insurance provider, and will recommend them to all my pet-owning friends and family!

Pets Best does a great job keeping me updated on the process of my claim. If it's taking a little bit longer than normal, they e-mail me and inform me of the reason. However, most of the time my claims are processed within a week. Great job the folks at Pets Best are doing
