My 4 mth old puppy French Bulldog broke little leg a month ago. I had a huge vet bill after X-rays and surgery. Healthy paws asked no questions and fulfilled my claim immediately. Also followed up to see how baby Louis was doing. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Took Casper to the Vet on Saturday morning as he had swallowed a penny. I did not know they were toxic to dogs, fortunately he threw it up. He was very ill. The Vet did blood work, xrays and examined him. The total bill was almost $500.00. They claim was faxed to Trupanion and the next day (Sunday) the claim was processed to be paid. And all I had to pay out of pocket was approximately $100.00. I have used Trupanion twice with Casper as he was a puppy. I am very pleased with the service I receive and I am also very pleased that my Vet recommended Trupanion. I will recommend Trupanion to everyone. Hats off to Trupanion. They are awesome.

After finding out that skin/dermatology was covered under my insurance I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. The vet faxed the claim information the same day; however, after 3 weeks of not hearing from Embrace I called them to check on the claim. The representative I spoke with was great and asked if I had checked my "spam" mail folder because sometimes emails get directed there. I did and found my correspondence from Embrace. Great customer service. If you have a question they rep is easy to talk to and can explain terms clearly. Thank goodness for pet insurance other wise I'd be paying a lot more.

Prompt Review of Claims
I've been using Embrace for the past few years for both of my dogs. Their review of my claims has always been prompt, communicatiion at each stage of the claim process has been clear, and payment was turned around in a very reasonable 2 weeks time. I previously used VPI, but I find the service and staff at Embrace to be more responsive and the coverage options better tailored to my needs. The staff clearly cares as that comes through in all if the communication. In this particular case, one of my dogs developed optic neuritis, which required many visits to the vet for treatments. Thank you Embrace for your warm and prompt service.

Examination Coverage why not?
I agree that Truepanion s great when I had my two claims over the last 9 years. However I also think it would be so nice to have the exam covered. I am curious to know why it is easy clouded from their coverage. S.

Impressed with the coverage, so glad we have it. Our beautiful persian will need lots of tests and monitoring and the coverage will look after the majority of the costs. Very quick response to claims for reimbursement. Good job!
