Peace of Mind
When our 1 year old Frenchie started vomiting blood on Christmas Day, we felt we had no choice but to get him to the Emergency Vet Clinic in our area. Embrace never questioned this decision and paid our claim promptly. Pets really do come first with Embrace, Oliver is fine now, but knowing we have this insurance gives us great peace of mind for Oliver and for our 5 year old Boxer's health care.

My dog was diagnosed with a brain tumor and required extensive surgery. Trupanion showed nothing but kindness and concern over my dogs illness. I routinely received emails, inquiring on his progress. The insurance claim was easy and I was reimbursed 90% of the medical costs. I am happy to say my dog is finally coming home! Every dog owner, I know or meet, I tell them to make sure they get Trupanion.

Infinitely better than VPI
Had a lot of difficulty getting VPI to reimburse for anything, even with two different illnesses in my dog. Friend and veterinarian suggested Embrace. Fast, helpful, and courteous customer service. Quick claim reimbursement turn around with option for direct deposit. Very happy with Embrace.

I am amazed to say the least on how wonderful this company is. The customer service dept is gracious & helpful, claims are handled promptly & payment made within a few days. I have tried a few different insurance companies in the past & they nit picked each line item. I paid more & got back much less. Wonderful company..Scarlet thanks you & so do I.

Embrace is simply the BEST !
My dog had been diagnosed with Medial Patella Luxation and the vet informed me that she needed surgery to correct it. My heart sank as I felt so bad for her and I was also worried about the expense. When all was said and done I paid $6268 to the Animal Hospital. As with any insurance claim ( car, home owner, etc. ) you worry how much you will actually get back and how long it will take. Embrace paid everything (80%) they were supposed to and settled the claim in about a week . I cannot say enough good words about this company. The customer service reps are great , and they keep you informed every step of the way. Embrace far exceeds my expectations.

Trupanion very quickly provided written pre-approval so we could go ahead with surgery knowing our insurance would cover the expensive procedure. Trupanion paid 80% of total cost of Momo's care without hassle or delay. The standard of customer service was perfect. I was always able to reach someone on the phone who could explain our options. Thanks to our Trupanion insurance Momo got excellent care and made a full recovery. This was my first experience with pet insurance and I am a very happy customer.

Quick and easy reimbursement
As first time dog owner, it is also my first time to get health insurance for my pet. I have an 11-month old Golden Retriever. He's young and in perfect condition but maintaining his good health could get expensive. I get him yearly supply of K9 Advantix (flea and tick prevention) and Panacur-C (dewormer) and take him to the vet annually. This is also the same year, we decided to get him neutered. Coincidentally, he had some eye infection at the beginning of this year after his stay with dog trainer. Embrace Insurance made the process easy. I just fax them over the claim form with invoice and viola 2-3 days later I get my reimbursement directly to my bank account. They email me the result of their review within the next business day. You can enroll for direct deposit, check status of your claim and email them your questions and they rest assured you get a prompt and courteous response. So far, I made 3 claims and I'm happy with the service I am getting.
