Excellent service!
I bought pet insurance for our puppy as son as we adopted her at 11weeks of age. I purchased the 90% policy from Healthy Paws after researching reviews of several different companies. Other companies wanted to charge more because of her breed (Cavapoo, cavalier King Charles spaniel/mini poodle mix) because they are prone to health problems. Healthy Paws did not charge based on her breed, which I appreciated. They also had a yearly deductible rather than a per incident deductible which also appealed to me with no limits. Three weeks ago she became very ill with an intestinal infection. I ended up at an emergency clinic with an $842 bill to diagnose and treat the infection. I had only paid two months of her insurance (35.90 per month). I called customer service who told me exactly what I needed to send to process the claim. Once they received all of the required paperwork, my claim was approved within a day and I received my check within three business days. I was reimbursed exactly as described. I had to pay the $100 annual deductible, the vet exam fee and 10% of the rest of the bill. I received $576 back almost immediately. They also sent a personal email inquiring about her recovery. Healthy Paws has proven to me within my first two moths of pet ownership that they are well worth the money and they deliver their services as promised in a timely manner. Good Wellness Options!
Rescued a second girl(Brownie)and added her to my policy for Miss Daisy. It was quick and easy. Paid for with existing account. The sales agent also had good recommendations for us on the new type of policy we should get... Now we have a Brownie and a Daisy. My husband says "there will be no Scout". Anyway, we really like the routine care coverage!

I have never had pet insurance before, but I am so glad that I have it for Fiddle. Fiddle has turned out to be a very high maintenance. At about a year old she started having seizures. At 16 months we found out she had ectopic cilia. Both of these conditions have been expensive. Each and every claim that I have filed with Embrace (and there have been many)have been handled in a quick and efficient manner. Every claim has been paid exactly as the policy described without any quibbling. I have never had a claim challenged or questioned. I truly have peace of mind thanks to Embrace.

Wonderful company !!
I can't say more of this company !!! I had JUST APPLIED for insurance for my two dogs and this company was the easiest and really most affordable. I was thrilled. Just 2 weeks later my wonderful dog Virgil was shot by one of our neighbors (nope we don't live in the wild west!!) We live in the Hamptons (WHAT ???) Anyway when we brought Virgil in he was in critical condition and no doubt we were gonna' have a HUGE bill-if he even lived. After 5 days in critical he was ready to come home. He was almost a miracle-they had to remove 2 lungs and then sew him back up. I then sent the bill to Trupanion thinking that they would turn us down-It should be covered but you know how the USUAL insurances work-find a small loophole… I was sooo thankful when the check arrived. Now we had some reward money to try to find out who shot Virgil ! They worked so quickly I was astonished. Now they sent an E-mail to see how Virgil was. I can't say enough good things about Trupanion. Choose this one.

I have SEVEN dogs insured with Embrace
As a Bulldog breeder I practice what I preach by insuring all seven of my dogs with Embrace while recommending it to anyone who buys a puppy from me. I've had Embrace for over five years now and they are simply the BEST!! The customer service is amazing, the coverage is superior, and I normally get reimbursed via a check deposited into my account within 7-10 days of submitting a claim.

I will admit I was very impressed with this insurance company when my Lab needed surgery. Now when she is going to be needing physical therapy, they are telling she doesn't have that coverage. I'm very disappointed that no one ever mentioned plan A or plan B on top of the insurance you already have, which I would have paid out as well, and the person on the phone wasn't very pleasant either. I'm always telling people I meet how great this insurance was with my Lab, but now I'm not too sure. I don't receive newsletters about upgrades to my original insurance, so how would one know they need to upgrade? I'm very disappointed.

The Best Insurance for my Best Friend
I found my best friend in a shelter when he was 6 weeks old. Over the years he has been a constant positive presence in my life and my family's. Around age 4 I felt it best to get him pet insurance and reviewed nearly every company out there. All the reviews pointed to Healthy Paws as being the best, most comprehensive coverage and fastest claims reimbursement of all pet insurance companies. In six years, they have not let me or Smokey down. As Smokey reaches age ten, his health is now a concern, last year he had a malignant trumor removed (Healthy Paws covered as agreed, no questions asked). This years, two more malignant tumors were removed and he was diagnozed with Cushings Disease. Healthy Paws covered, as agreed, all of the surgery up the allowable amount, 90% of all monthly medications for the Cushings Disease, and is still standing in our corner as we continue to fight to keep our best friend healthy and happy. I dread thinking of the decision I would have been forced to make if I did not have the pet insurance and the knowledge that I would be reimbursed for most of the expense related to his treatment. The Healthy Paws monthly amount is well worth the cost and will more than prove its worth time and time again for you and your pet.
