Definitely Pet Owners Themselves
Micah swallowed a chipped bone, and I took him to ER... they took Xrays and found foreign objects in the stomach. Next day Dr. Bill Hancock took more Xrays and Micah was hospitalized. I called Pets Best to get policy information, I was so nervous could not think how to get it. And Tara was very helpfull, calm and caring. They actually care.

The BEST!
I have found Pets Best Insurance to be what they say...the Best! My claims are processed timely and the customer service is friendly and helpful. My Vet recommended this insurance and it was the best move I ever made for my "Squeekers". I have friends who have complained about their choice of Pet Insurance and I make sure they know about Pets Best.

The best in California
I did my homework on pet insurers available in California and these guys have the least fine print and "gotchas". If you are seeing prices that seem too good to be true, THEY ARE. Terrible experience with a lower-cost provider who shall not be named (based in PA). Fine print is very well hidden with a lot of these providers but Pets Best stands behind what they promise to deliver. Love love love the quickness with which they pay claims. Had a super expensive bloat claim right after signing up and they paid it... FAST! Colossus and me thank you!

Healthy Paws provides excellent service
My shiba inu, Sulli, is 2.5 years old. He had a laminectomy done when he was just over 1. The pins that were put in at that time had to be removed because they had shifted and were irritating nerves in his spinal canal. Healthy Paws was very responsive and handled the claim extremely fast. To me, Healthy Paws has treated my pets like a concerned family member.

What a pleasant experience dealing with Healthy Pa
The last time I had pet insurance I ended up spending $1,800 and getting no refund and a month of run around. With Healthy Paws I was able to take my dog to the vet where it was recommended he undergo blood test and extracts. The cost was over $600. I had my vet sign off on the claim and I emailed the documents to Healthy Paws. The only drawback was that they needed his medical records in order to process his first claim and the vet office said that the fax would not go through because the line was always busy. I ended up emailing the records myself but Healthy Paws was in contact with me daily and processes my claim within days. I highly recommend this insurance company.

Abbie wasn't herself for a couple of days she wasn't eating or drinking and had a bout of vomiting . I took her to the vet to be checked. The vet took blood and everything came back good. I had to return with a urine sample which showed some dilution . I then had to take a second urine sample which came back the same . I am keeping an eye on her but she is much better than she was . Every time I have submitted a claim I have received an email to let me know embrace received my claim and an email when my claim was processed. Embrace has been wonderful so far I have no complaints .

Great Service and fast claims processing
My dog Kamo got sick about 2 weeks ago and had to go to the emergency vet for care. Once Kamo was released, a claim was submitted to Healthy Paws. Unfortunately the vet forgot to include the doctor's notes. Healthy Paws contacted the vet's office and got the information. They processed the claims within days. Secondly, they sent a follow up email to check on Kamo. Great customer service. I recommend them to anyone with a four legged family member. :-)
