We bought our policy for our dog three years ago. Unfortunately we've had some serious health issues with our dog and have had to use our policy. Every claim has been handled in a professional matter with clear communication. I always recommend Embrace to any pet owner. We added our cat due top Embrace's great service.

Quick payment was made for my young dogs prescription medicine which is necessary for his anemia (secondary to his kidney disease). This company has always been the best --- from coverage & quick claim processing & customer service.

We have a new teacup chihuahua and we purchased the additional wellness insurance through Embrace. She has only had two exams and vaccination appointments. The first appointment was prior to purchasing the pet insurance. We submitted a claim and invoice for Poquito's second appointment several days ago and we have already been notified that a reimbursement is being deposited to our account. We are very satisfied with the communication, the ease of submitted claims, and the quick reimbursement.

Very unhappy with Embrace - I thought I researched carefully for the proper insurance for my dog Molly, my first claim after 2 years with Embrace, (I only submitted a claim when the expenses were high) was denied, after countless emails, and delays - totally confusing to me and to the Vet, who tried to keep up with what they requested. Finally they denied my claim in December after months of emails back and forth. Quite frankly, I am very sick of the whole thing. Our dog Polly collapsed at home and was immediately taken to South AZ Vetinary Hospital she was not expected to live. After 3 days in intensive care we were able to bring her home where she continues to recover.She received excellent care. We were pleased with Embraces' insurance and prompt payment. Thank you so much for the quick payment process (made within 1-2 weeks) for my last 3 claims. My young labrador has renal failure which is monitored frequently. Being on a fixed budget it is peace of mind to know that financials are handled quickly.

I did a lot of research before I ended up with Trupanion to cover my 65lbs. baby~! He recently has undergone TTA surgery and Trupanion has been with me every step of the way. They have been very prompt, friendly and covered 90% of that $3,000 surgery. I went through the pre-approval process and had my check shortly after the surgery. Jake, my dog, had a follow up xray and they even covered that. ***I couldn't praise Trupanion enough.*** The truth is you never know when you are going to need insurance but, you will be thankful to have Trupanion when the time unfortunately comes.
