Raise rates every year

Don't bother unless you can afford for your rates to go up every single year. This year they raised my rate $20 for no good reason but because my boy is year older making him 4 yrs old. Total scam like every other insurance company. I have a $500 deductible so I never use the coverage anyway. All out of pocket and rates still go up. What a joke!!! I will be canceling.

Annual vet visit

I took my dog in for a regular annual visit. Scanned my receipt and uploaded in the app. I was able to easily file the claim in the app. I received my reimbursement for all expenses except for $5. Then I received my check faster than the promised time. Loving this insurance so far.

Best pet insurance company ever!!

Pets Best has paid close to $30,000 of our vet bills with our dog Lucy. They literally saved her life. Lucy had fibro sarcoma, and was given less than 2 months to live. But we decided to fight this battle with her. After removing her leg and several other trearments and procedures i am elated to say 8 months later after her latest scans and bloodwork she has no more tumors or signs of the cancer!! So please do not give up on your precious pets because of a diagnosis. There are pleanty of alternatives out there to help your dog fight this horrible cancer along with modern medicine. Once again, Thank You Pets Best!

Easy to customize coverage and claims…

Easy to customize coverage and claims support is exceptional. I’ve insured both my dogs as puppies and the claims have paid for my premiums and then some already. I’ve also used the vet help line they provide at no cost when needed as well for non-emergency situations. By far the most value for the money and worth every penny!

Metlife is wonderful

Metlife is wonderful. They process your claims in a timely manner. It is nice to get money reimbursed for our vet bills. Dr. visits can be very expensive and Metlife makes it easier for us to take care of our pup.

I’m enjoying using Metlife pet

I’m enjoying using Metlife pet, but I made an appeal and we have like to have spoken to an actual representative rather than keep telling that I was denied but no way to communicate with anyone personally. I submitted the same product to reimbursement previous and was OK but the second time it was denied And didn’t understand why I included all the information that was requested of me even a letter from my veterinarian experience why she thinks I should continue to use this product. Other than that, it’s been a positive experience using Metlife’s pet.
