I HIGHLY recommend Pets Best!
My best friend, Dulcey, needs knee surgery and I wanted to be sure she was covered and also wanted to see about getting the vet paid directly to help me manage the payment. I am always so impressed that Pets Best is not only great about honoring their policies, but show real caring about our pets! Now I can get on with helping Dulcey get the care she needs and get back to playing! I had the same wonderful experience when my last dog, Ralph, needed treatment for his cancer. SO grateful for Pets Best's financial and personal support when my pets are in need. I recommend them to EVERYONE!

Don't Procrastinate. Heathy Paws A++
Never thought I would need to use my pet insurance. Got it because friends were sharing how expensive veterinary bills can be. Buster, my fur child, had always been health. Well, I am SO happy I didn't procrastinate in getting Healthy Paws insurance . In the last six months he's cracked a tooth, ($1,700) bitten by a tick, ($500), and got a fox-tail in his foot. ($1,100). Each time Healthy Paws was there for us. Took seconds to download the bill and hit submit. Could look on-line that it was received and being processed. In days the check arrived. They even checked to see how he was doing. Having a member of your family injured is stressful. Knowing you can get the best care available to get them healthy is priceless. Thank you Healthy Paws!P.S. Fox-tails can be seen using ultra sound or cat-scan.

Worthless Insurance
I Purchased this policy about 6mo ago with level 3 care (silver plan)and I elected the option for routine wellness care. I took my dog into the vet for his yearly exam and while at the exam the vet found that he had an ear infection. She treated the ear infection and did his yearly visited and gave his yearly vaccinations. When I submitted the claim to ASPCA they accepted the claim but filed the visit as under illness visit including the yearly exam. Which then get put towards your deductible (mine plan had $100 deductible) They filed no part of the exam under routine wellness even though that's all he went for. I was expecting they would have paid for the visit and yearly vaccinations and they treatment of the ear would have gone to the deductible but not the case. So my for my $192.00 claim I received $15.00. The claim also took over 1 month to complete. This plan is a total ripoff and this company will find any way they can to keep their money. Your better off to save the money monthly in a savings account.

Quick, efficient, painless claim handling.
Had Yukon Jack in for his wellness check at the end of April, during the exam it was discovered he had a small growth on his eyelid. Surgery was scheduled for the beginning of May. All went well, however Yukon pulled a stitch out and had to be re-sutured. My three claims were processed quickly and the money was deposited directly into my account. Great service, was contacted several time to see how Yukon was doing and could they do anything more to help.

Best decision
This is a fabulous insurance company. They are fast, they cover everything they said they'd cover when we signed up. We have had to go to multiple vets in different states while traveling, and processing their claims has never been an issue. I am incredibly grateful that I don't have to second guess any of the tests my vet recommends due to coverage concerns.

I recently signed up for pet insurance with Trupanion. What a difference from my previous plan I had. My dog was ill less than 2 weeks ago and a few days ago I was informed my claim had been processed and that they were placing a cheque in the mail. Wow what service. I previously had a different plan, however, each year they reassessed and increased the premium and lowered percentage covered claiming it was for a cost of inflation in the area I lived as well as based on usage in the prior year. If my dog had claims the previous year you could bet the percentage and premium would change......not fair. So glad I have switched to trupanion. I have choosen the top end plan but I truly know my pet and I are protected if he gets ill. In addition, trupanion sends you emails along the way about how your claim is progressing so you know they are working hard for you. It would usually take 6 weeks to get a check back from my previous pet insurance company and it was always for a stinking small amount.
