Great Job!
My dog injury her rear knee an needed TPLO surgery. It took a few weeks to get all the Vet info to them but they covered 90%.I got several status email confirmation. They were so quick. Once finalized the money was back in my account in days. I would not have a pet without insurance. Get the insurance when the pet is young and keep up on your yearly exams. Trupanion is excellent.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is totally awesome!!!
A couple of weeks ago, my Toby injured his back jumping on or off furniture. When first going to our vet, Toby was diagnosed with a herniated disc and was being treated with meds. Four days later, Toby's condition had worsened and brought him to an emergency pet clinic. The herniated disc has now ruptured and had surgery that day. I had gotten pet insurance almost one year to the date before I unfortunately needed to make a claim. Healthy Paws claim form was easy to obtain from their website and very simple to fill out and then submit the form via fax or mail. Within 2 days I received an email from Healthy Paws on the progress of the claim. Within 4 days I received an email stating the claim was completed and in that email is a link that brings you to the breakdown of claim! I am extremely satisfied with the entire process! Awesome...totally awesome!

After Much Research I Picked Healthy Paws
I have 3 cats and initially went with a different company that made big promises to get me hooked. After a year they doubled the premiums. Did the same thing with my mom's dog. I immediately switch to Healthy Paws after doing extensive research and talking with them. They have no caps and the deductible is once a year. They are more than an insurance company. They have a foundation to help other animals in need. I cannot speak highly enough of Healthy Paws!

after having and being dissatisfied with two other pet insurance companies in the past, Healthy Paws was recommended to me and I have to say they are great! In addition to doing exactly what they said they would (in terms of % payout, coverage, etc), they processed my claim quickly and kept me up to date every step of the way. Healthy Paws level of customer service is amazing!
I can not say enough about Healthy Paws customer service!!!After years of being EXTREMELY unhappy with our insurance provider, we conducted extensive research and settled on Healthy Paws insurance for our new puppy, Badger, hoping for the best. Unfortunately, Badger was hit by a car and passed away. To our surprise, we received 2 sympathy cards with handwritten notes from the HP staff along with a claim that was settled within hours. We happily purchased HP for our new rescue puppy, who was just diagnosed with a tick borne illness he contracted when he was a stray. Once again, our claim was settled and a check mailed within hours, not weeks. HP provided a very clear, detailed explanation of benefits. We could not be happier and recommend this company to everyone we see with a pet! After several claims with I continue to be blown away by your company...your level of compassion, response time, and coverage.

You guys are amazing.
We're so consistently pleased with our choice in Embrace. We tell everyone who will listen to us about your services and how spectacular both your approach to this process is, but most importantly how amazing your staff is. We're getting married this year and being out 3k for this procedure would have seriously hampered our ability to move forward with that but we always would have paid it to keep our precious boy with us. At the end of the day though that's one of the greatest things about Embrace - it makes doing the right thing for our pets the easy decision. Thank you so much.

SImply the best, fastest and most responsive
My 5 month old Chocolate lab started limping and soon we found out that he had to go through surgery which amounted to about $4,000. Thankfully I have HealtyPaws. They completed my claims in a matter of hours, their deductible is $100/Year and they reimburse up to 90% of everything but consultations, they even check personally on how Charlie is doing. Without them I would have had to give Charlie away of been buried in debt. I cannot thank them enough and I think 10 is even too low for them.
